Hello everyone,
I am not a Happy camper right now, but I am trying to stay in good spirits. I am working on 41 weeks being pregnant. Only the Lord knows when a special bundle of joy will arrive, and I have to trust in him. So sorry doctors, you said she would arrive on July 28 or 29th and she hasn't come out to see the world as of yet.
I will say that my pregnancy was a very good one up until this point. I woke up on the 28th and was so excited. It felt like Christmas for both Chris and I. The only thing missing was our little girl. As of today she still has not arrived, she loves mommy's womb too much. My mom told me that she is coming on the 3rd. My inlaws are also very excited and everyone is patiently waiting.
I want to thank the doctors and staff at For Women, Inc., for working so well with me. On Monday I was given the news of, sorry nothing has changed! I immediately looked to my husband and said man, Brooklyn is saving up to either come out on the 3rd or the 5th. So you are probably wondering what is so special about those dates: I was born on the 3rd of January and our wedding anniversary is on the 5th of August. If you remember and kept up with this blog last year, I was never able to really celebrate my anniversary. Two years ago I was on a plane to Japan, last year I was on the plane to China, so this year I will probably be in the hospital, ha ha.
Well gotta run, just wanted to update you all on my nooooooo progress. Thank you for all your thoughts and prayers. I will admit I was a total emotional mess the other day but I am fine now. I have excepted that my lil diva, isn't ready for the world to see her lovely face. She wants to grow a little more and maybe even grow a couple more hairs on her head. I go back to the docotr on Monday and we shall see where I go from there. See you all soon and enjoy the rest of the summer.
Cheers
Mary & Chris (he doesn't know that he is saying this too..ha ha)

What do you mean you never got to celebrate your anniversary? You spent that time in Japan and China WITH your husband. Most of us spent our anniversary sitting at home. I bet your child will arrive on your anniversary. Pretty cool to share your anniversary with your first child's birthday. You're not missing out on anything. You have a perfect life. . .there's not much more you can ask for.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much!
