4 WEEKS TO GO....and did you see the track coverage this week????

So everybody the count down has officially begun. Brooklyn is starting to wear and tear on my little ole body....ok she really isn't but sometimes I feel like it. I am having some trouble falling and staying asleep now at night. The doctor's have said, "Welcome to the last month" I continue to pray and ask the Lord to bless us and ensure a safe delivery. Please keep us in your prayers!! I am feeling good health wise and looking forward to tomorrow. I will be trying a pregnancy running skirt made by this company RunningSkirts.com Check it out. But I will attempt a small simple work out and see how the skirt feels and if it will make me 50 point fast even though I am 8 months pregnant.

Wow I kind of am getting nervous now, what will labor and delivery be like? Will I be able to endure the pain and go natural or will I need the epidural? I will probably take it one step at a time and decide then. Both Chris and I are excited about when my water breaks because that means we will be some steps closer to seeing her beautiful face. Man the anticipation, the joy of becoming a mother.

By the way the USA Outdoor Nationals were this weekend and man did some people show out!!! If you missed it check out www.usatf.com. Of course MR 513 aka David Payne came through and won the 110 hurdles and secured his ticket to Berlin, Germany. I am so proud of him and can't wait to watch more meets this summer. David you are my inspiration and I look forward to my comeback. In the women's 400 it was a great race, Sanya won and wow Debbie Dunn was able to come in second place.....she has had a long time coming. I am so proud of her and wish her continual success. And big ups to collegiate Jessica Beard who is friends with my fake daughter Kaylon ha ha . Ok don't ask but Chris and I have many children from the UC track team, we are seen as mom and dad...

So many events to name but of course my teammate Allyson won the 200, Dawn Harper won the 100 hurdles and Lashinda Demus won the hurdles after giving birth to twins over a year ago. All the ladies and gents that made the team will continue to inspire me as I get ready to start training in September. CONGRATSSSSSS and great job ESPN, NBC and USA Track and Field and all the sponsors for putting on a great meet. Bye for now....
